On 8 August 2014, I purchased an online training programme from precision webtools at the rate of USD 4.95 and then they advised me to purchase a domain to give me a free website. So I purchased a domain at the rate of USD 89.90 which is a 6-month subscription plan. Then without my knowledge or consent, they charged another USD89.90 on 08/09/2014 to my credit card. I email the support helpdesk to seek clarification but they replied that I have selected a monthly billing cycle. I have requested for a copy of my application and they until now they could not provide me the evidence.
