This guy brought me his boat to fix the Audio Express hack job he paid for. We rewired his whole stereo system and batteries in his boat. We also built him a new back seat with a custom built subwoofer enclosure. We did everything Troy Harp requested. Then when it came to paying the bill the guy flaked out and screwed me over on $2300. Troy Harp then told me that this is just part of being a business owner and he does this all the time. DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR TROY HARP HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER TOO. I am not the first victim of TROY HARP's he also has screwed over Bergeron Marine and I don't know how many other victims there are so that Is why I am telling everyone on Scambook that this guy is a crook!

Update: 11/16/2017

Well TROY HARP has screwed over 3 more business since I last posted this complaint. He has recently moved to 4967 North Ironwood Apache Junction for anyone looking to find him. WARNING DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOOSER
