ON 30 JULY 2014 WE TRANSFERRED MONEY TO BALAN WU OF $1058 USING A T/T FORM.HE GAVE US A DHL TRACKING NUMBER OF 9082656251 AND STOPPED PICKING UP HIS PHONE AND RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS.HE LATER SAID THAT WE SHOULD PAY $230 FOR DHL WHICH WE REFUSED.HE THEN LATER SENT US A TRACKING NUMBER OF RQ260056577SG.WHICH WE RECEIVED 4 USB FLASH DISC WHICH WE DID NOT ORDER FOR
