I ordered a product from Bobbi's Hallmark on line store and at time of order the shipping information said I would receive it with 2-5 days. I was given a shipping tracking number, and three days later, the status of this number on the USPS tracking site is listed as "unavailable". I wrote to their customer service department and was told that the product had been shipped and they were working with the USPS and that I'd receive the product next week. Subsequently I read an on-line review of this store and learned that they were given an "F" grade by the Better Business Bureau.
