Complaint 330054 Details

I ordered a free trial of Rejuvalash Eyelash serum and meant to have paid only 2.99 for shipping and handling. Since then they are sending me eye serum products every month which I never ordered. They are charging my credit card. I have sent and email quoting my order number and I got a response saying if I was unhappy with the product to return it to sender. There is no return to sender details in the packages sent. There is no information on where it has come from, the company details, no invoice in the packaging at all. I stated the following details in an email sent on the 1st September as below (omitting personal details)
Hi Rejuvalash,

I wish to lodge a further complaint. On the third of June I ordered a TRIAL sample of the Rejuvalash which was indicated as a price of $4US. I received this product and also have since received other face and eye products which I DID NOT ORDER. My credit card has been used to purchase product and sent to me without my consent. I only ordered the Rejuvalash product and ONCE! on the 3rd of June.

The products I did not purchase and would like a refund on are listed below:
Natureplus bought on the 2nd Aug -378.32aed
Elegance Haute bought on the 2nd Aug -378.32aed
Rejuvalash Product Pro London UK bought on the 3rd Jun - 378.32aed
Rejuvesse Eye Serum bought on the 3rd Jun - 378.32aed

Please refund me the TOTAL of AED 1513.28 as soon as possible. Please advise how I can return the product to you? If there is a cost for this then I would also like a refund on the cost of postage.

I would also like to add when I receive the product there is no return to sender details on the package or details where it has been sent from. This is very suspicious. Also no invoice is included in the package nor emailed to me. If this total of 1513.28AED is not returned I will be filing a credit card fraud complaint.
