This so called talent agency "Showcase Management" seemed legit at first, and I went through all the application processes to get started.
They told me that they would get 10% of each job that I completed. They set up a free photo shoot for me and gave me the date and location, it still seemed legit at this point.
The point where I started to get suspicious is when I was asked to pay $150 to get my profile set up, a lady called me asking for my card details but she sounded strange, like she was reading from a script.
I asked my mum about it and she said it was most likely a scam, so I did my research and found multiple complaints and bad reviews about them.
Straight away I phoned my bank and cancelled my card so that they couldn't take my money, I urge everyone else to do the same.
I was so excited about this and it just made me so annoyed and angry to find out that it wasn't real.
People like this shouldn't be allowed to exist.
