Actually shopped on the co.uk version of their web site. Ordered a bunch if stuff that I believed was all coming from Holland. All but one item got delivered from Holland.
The one item that got sent separately from the States was valued incorrectly so I got charged VAT for a second time + the post office collection charge.
I have contacted them and they flat out refuse to refund the charges. Here is the email they sent me.

The amount on the package is in $$$ not pounds as this shipped from The USA and does include the s/h charges as we must include these on the packaging
As you correctly inform us Customs levy VAT as they see fit
We are sorry but Grasscity are not liable for any extra charges that may be incurred

Truly terrible customer service and they are probably on some sort o VAT scam. Charging me for it and then obviously not paying it themselves.
