At the beginning of August I ordered 2 trial samples of skin cream and 2 of weight loss pills only charge was the shipping. On the 12 August I got my credit card bill with 4 payments 3 on 18 August and 1 on 19 August totally 563 dollars, my bank tells me this was a scam but as I received the trial sizes they were not able to refund the money, they then told me a further 2 charges were made on 3 Sept, my bill was to 1 Sept, and as I hadn't received any more product they have opened a dispute on this. There was no way I knew that the trial sizes had to be returned or that I was joining a club which would charge me every 2 weeks, the trial sizes were tiny so under no circumstances could you believe they would cost this much. I have blocked further charges but I need to get this refund, I have tried calling and emailing but no response.
