I filled in on line a questionair for a FREE TRAIL of RVGL face cream paying £2.99 p&p I received it in an envelope with no corispondence or company name or returns address. I later went to my bank and £89 had been taken without my concent, I had been left overdrawn and have no money to feed my children as that was the only money I had. When I contacted them they were extremely rude and told me I had enterd into a contract! And I had 14 days to cancell ????? It was sent the 28th of August and I received it on 13th of sept, I am unaware of any contract and if I was I would not have done the servay, I have been told very rudely that it's basicly tuff as I have a contract , very expensive face cream I must say! SCAM
