I brought a tiffany necklace and bracelet set and the third party for payment was mall pay. They sent me an email saying they took the money out my account and a second email September 3,2014 saying my item shipped out. I haven't heard anything since no tracking number nothing. Its a scam ..them and this tiffanyoutlet4u web site. There is no customer service number , and they dont respond to any emails. Scam scam scam. I have my bank investigating them both now and the web sites
