I was billed 111.93 for a service I never used. I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card. I called the company and they said they were sorry, they can not refund my money and I can use the 6 month service or I can cancel my account if I want but they won't return my money.I believe that ourtime has two employees because every time I called are the same persons.
