Purchased a Toshiba laptop from Best Buy less than a year ago and while under manufacturers warranty, boot up screen went blank - just blue. When warranty request was called in, was told I had to pay to ship the item. I explained that this inferior level of warranty service was not disclosed prior to purchase, neither was it made clear after purchase. Toshiba quality has been compromised, and now they want to nickel and dime their customers in a bait-and-switch fashion.
