I ordered a complete set of third watch series dvds. 18 total.When I received the set I noticed that the paper jackets where numbered 3-18. The first dvd was not numbered and it was marked third watch with no number.This gave me a total of 17 only. This method of labeling was confusing and it appears dvd number 2 was missing . marking the first dvd neither 1 or 2 and marking this one differently apparently was a attempt to cover the missing dvd. I sent two emails and made two phone calls to their answering machine . This was done 9/8/14 and 9/9/14. To date ( 9/13/14 )I have not received any response from their customer service dept.
