Smart Travel could not perform their side of the contract so they asked us to send in a letter to get our deposit back ($150). We received a check for $80 and they said it was because we cancelled.
Not only did we not get our 3 day / 2 night trip with airfare included, we also didn't get our 3 day car rental, $50 cash card, and $100 gas voucher. Apparently honesty and integrity are not important to this company. Their motto is "If we do nothing, we still get paid $70."
