A man named richard harris called 361-547-2272
told my mother taxes were owed for 2012 in the sum of around 5000.00 she was told that she had warrent out for her arrest and the us marshals were coming to arrest her in 45 mins. she was crying and he asked her if she had a heart condition and she better stop crying before they came to arrest her and she would be going to jail and be there fro at least 2 years. she is hysterical and i am taking her to the doctor. i called them back and ask to speak to richard harris i was told he wasnt avalible and i was ask for the number they called . i gave him the number and he ask for my deceased father by his nickname from 2012 taxes . my father passed away in 2010. when i he told him my father was deceased and that he didnt owe any money he didnt say anything else. i told him that he was scamming people and my other has to go to the hospital because of his prank and to never call that number again. i also told him i was calling the police and i was going to send my mothers bill to them and i was filling a lawsuit.
