I signed up for the $4.95 "Free" Trial online offer and was just charged $79.91! I just spoke to them and they said that I agreed to be charged after the free trial period of 14 days - which I just got the product 15 days after order it. I didn't see this 14 day refund policy at first when I ordered the product so I when back and looked and there is a very tiny "terms and conditions" link on the webpage that lists out that you will charged for the product after 14 days and you will be enrolled in a monthly subscription. Whatever! I just called and argued that it was false advertising to say that we are given 14 days to try the product but then are charged before we even get to try it out like they said. I tried to offer to return but they said all sales final after 14 days. I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card and to report them to the BBB and they finally agreed to 100% refund (after trying to bargain with 25%, 30%, 60%).
