I ordered 550m kinah that I have not yet received. Before the purchase they were easy to get in contact with through their webchat. Now it takes hours before replying if even replying at all. I have tried claiming back the money through Paypal, but they don't cooperate either, since it is a vitual item purchased. Stay FAR away from this company, don't let them fool any more people!
