I renewed my internet security membership on the 21/03/2014 for AU$59.99 but I recently noticed that a similar amount was withdrawn from my account on the 14/03/2014,when I try to question it with the company they had me on the phone for an extended period of time by telling me that there were problems with my computer and pressured me to let them fix them which I did not want. As I had a doctors appointment I had to interrupt the call without solving my problem, which should have only taken a short time and an apology.
