I signed up with CAPlus in 2011. I was told if they didn't save me more money than what I paid them they would refund my money. I wasn't happy with what they did the first year, so asked them for a partial refund. After being ignored by email and not returning calls, I reported them to the BBB and the attorneys general office who was able to get me a 50% refund. My advice make sure they can help you and ask about their money back guarantee form. Also read the fine print on the contract. They may be able to help some people, but they did absolutely nothing for me. If by chance you do pay them and aren't happy report them because if the attorney generals office gets enough complaints maybe they will investigate them.
