Got a call form Jack with U S Treasury legal affairs and threatened me with legal action if I did not cal, him back --He stated they were in the process of taking action against me for some security violation and it was very serious and I should contact my legal rep.
He spoke very poor English and I could not understand some of his words.
I did return the call and got another person who did not speak English clearly so I demanded to speak to someone I could understand. He said he could not understand me and hung up.
