When I ordered Slendera and Natural Cleanse, it didn't state that there would be any additional charges w/out my authorization. They have put though 2 holds in the amount of $84.97 and one actual charge for $84.97. This has been put through my bank account since 9/8/14. So I now have 3 overdraft charges of $25. They are not willing to reimburse me for any of the fees I've incurred, nor are they willing to refund me the $84.97 that actually went through my account today. I spoke with a "manager" Harry Smith who told me it wasn't company policy to reimburse for these charges without receiving the product back. When I initially purchased the product it stated to try it now for free and only pay the s&h fees on each bottle, but they want the product back before they will reimburse me the full amount.
