Mother bought from this site thinking the products were genuine Coach handbangs. Items were delivered to us and they all turned out to be fake knockoffs.
Have been trying to email the site to get a refund as per their "refund policy" everyday at [email protected] as well as leaving messages on their website contact page with no response. Suspect they're ignoring us and trying to keep our money.
