I was contacted by this company for an unresolved collection with a payday loan. Knowing I owed I set up a payment plan and paid off in full on July 26, 2012.I was later contacted by another collection agency on this matter. Sent them my letter that said it was paid, wasn't contacted again. This happened several times until on 9-19-2014 when I was told I was scammed and by this time I was trying to be served and sent to court. This has been a huge ordeal for my family and I. This company must be held responsible.
