I just spoke with this Indian or Asian man Alvin Whitney telling me I won 1-4million from Global International Sweepstakes in San Fran, based in Las Vegas Nevada, then gave me an address for a different city: 4994 Carpinteria Ave, Carpinteria, CA 93013 . He gave me the Las Vegas phone number to verify 702-722-3359. He said I must have submitted info 5-15 years prior either at Walmart, Walgreens, or Target? He said Global International will cover 99% of the taxes with the IRS, that I had to pay the 1% - which is $4,600 when Fedex delivered the check to me through Bank Of America. SCAM!!!!!!!!
