So I get this letter about my car warranty ending. This about the 6th letter I have gotten like this. So I decide to call and ask them to take me off their list....what a mistake that was, I get this guy Cory on the phone starts telling me about what I get for a small fee of $3,245.00 it's no big deal though they offer easy monthly payments. I asked Cory if this was a warranty he replied YES same coverage as factory and I could even take it to the dealer that I am used to seeing. He said it was better than my factory warranty. They would make me pay a small deductible $100 and do not cover services on the car.

I had had enough of the sales pitch, I told them that my car was and is sold with a lifetime warranty that covers the car from bumper to bumper including towing, rental car, routine services, breaks the list goes. This is my factory warranty mind you and they don't make me pay a deductible. Cory told me that factory warranty are typically a scam they say they will cover stuff they won't.

At the end of the day my story is similar to all the rest. This place is a scam and they will tell you whatever it takes to get you to buy from them. It don't matter if it's against the law what they tell you or not. (FYI it is illegal for them to tell you they are offering you WARRANTY) it's a service plan they can not and do not offer warranty. This place needs to be shut down
