Jump Up Media have taken payment for an advertising campaign that I only I took out a month's advertising with this company for my driving school to appear on Google's 1st page for a one off payment of £180 which I gave out my card details for.
After seeing the advert was still running after a month I emailed them to ask why it hadn't finished and they told me that because I hadn't given them 30 days written notice that it would continue to run and I would have to pay another two month's money.They have taken payment but not offered any any receipt and have failed to acknowledge 5 e-mails that I have sent them complaining of my dis-satisfaction.They have also failed to offer any breakdown of how the funds are used.I have since Google Jump Up Media and found numerous complaints of a similar nature.
Please do not use this company
