I was charged for another year of their service. However I have never agreed for any recurring charges nor I received any e-mails prior to 08/12/2014 warning about another year of service. I contacted customer service and manager offered me only $200 back. I cannot accept it. Last year I paid over the phone and received an e-mail where nothing was said about another year. I am very disappointing and I do not need anything from the company.
