I accepted a free trial offer and then read the internet reports and realized they used the "free" to access a person's account. Before receiving my shipment I cancelled so I won't be on the automatic monthly shipment and a charge of $79. An automated operator cancelled my account but then charged me a $38 charge and assumed that was OK. A follow-up call with a human being received a hang-up. I have no intention of paying $38.
