I called to Norton for antivirus problem, My calls landed into RiseZone Solutions. RiseZone told me that they are norton technical support. They took my laptop on remote for fixing the issue and worked few minutes and showed me lot of mawlawares which was not possible, when i asked for the service then they charged for $599 for lifetime. Yesterday my grand daughter told me that it was fraud with me. I was shocked when she told me that norton technical support is free.
oh my god. what i did? I asked the company for refund my money, they told me that they will not refund. what should i do no?
