There were good points and some bad points dealing with this company, but on balance I have to say that overall it was a good experience after everything was fitted. The staff were all very friendly and customer service were really helpful after I actually did get through on the phone (some waiting involved) The price from the designer was very competitve, the kitchen is good quality and although I had some issues with the wrong handles being sent and the tap being the wrong size, the fitters, who were particularly good, took it upon themselves to sort things out and all the issues were smoothed out. My kitchen does look beautiful and everything has turned out great.
