This company claims that can repair problems remotely for a 1 year or 2 year service. I paid 199.95 for a one year service. They had a means of getting into my computer with certain access codes. They accomplished no kind of repair whatsoever, promised to send a technician to my site which did not happen; and then cancelled my case. I am very concerned about what they may have done to my computer/identity/privacy and will be taking actions to protect myself. I have contacted them for a refund I do not expect to receive. I will be pursuing this through my bank. Do not use this company.
