WhenI called to make reservation with a Marriott courtyard I spoke to a person I thought was taking reservation for a Marriott. At no time did this person acknowledge that he was a third party. After a call from someone who sari my reservation was not confirmed, I called and learned that I did make this reservation from a third party. Reservation-desk. WhenI found out they over charged me, I called to ask for a refund and cancel the reservation. They refused.
This company is a scam and anyone working for them are frauds.
How dare they?
