Tom Parker at Eloans said I was approved for $5,000, I just had to get them $238 upfront on the green dot money card, did that, then was told their system wouldn't send me $5,000 but would send $5,500 if I came up with another $262, i balked and they changed it to $162 which I stupidly got and then they wanted the other $100 and I said no way and hung up, I am so mad at myself. Also, Tom was not from the US, most likely from India
