Ordered the free ample paid postage of $3.07 then never received it .Next we saw we had been charged $113.00 on our credit card . We contacted our bank who are very aware of this company's dealings and was told to write and cancel any future orders and asked for a refund. We never got a reply but did get a refund for the postage which had been charged for the free sample.
Then a couple of weeks later we received
one bottle of GC which had been sent from Taiwan .
No receipt no email address to be found on the bottle or the leaflet with the usage instructions.
We have contacted the bank again who has now given us another email address which we have written to again as we have been told changing your credit card may not work.
