David Collins had a advertising on Craig's list for a rental in Portland Oregon. I wired money to him for the vacation rental to a third party. Then he went to Nigeria allegedly for work and said his credit card didn't work and had me moneygram additional money. Apparently he has done this before. He has no scruples and could have cared less about leaving my family and me stranded in Portland Oregon with no place to stay. He also goes by name eric hoover and says he is in Nigeria doing construction. Currently he is trying to con more people out of money to help him and his son return to U.S. why would someone go overseas to work with no return ticket. He told me he lived in Portland and had consulting IT/telecommunications company. He also tries to act like he is in love with you.
