On 22 August I visited the Bellavei Italian site after clicking on a banner on Facebook that advertised the sale of a kit of beauty creams at 29 euro. I made the order but I found out that I have been charged 110 Euro instead. I then sent an email to cancel the order and request a refund, a few minutes after I placed it.
In the Italian site there is a "cancellation" policy, which on the other hand is obliged by law, and is reported [email protected] as the proper mail address to which forward it. And as I said, I made the cancelation and refund request a few minutes after placing the order.
No answer whatsoever. Instead two days ago I got an email telling me that my order has been shipped regularly.
So now I will be receiving this creams I don't want, who has been sold to me fradolently
According to Italian law, however, it is possible a withdrawal even after 15 days and then, despite having already expressed my desire to cancel it just a few minutes after placing the order, I will proceed legally against Bellavei and report you to the Italian Postal Police.
