This is a VERY dangerous scam pretending to be the IRS. If you call the #, they will answer "US Dept of Treasury". They threaten to have you arrested if your back taxes are not paid right there on the phone, very high pressure. Of course the red flag for me was the fact that I don't have any back taxes. They all spoke with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent and they were very rude.
