We are small company who buy and sale diferents goods in germany and europe also. After some recomandation about buying of goods in China
we decided to handle and we was search about some suppleyer for our business. I decided to buy some goods with our own brand and package as we created. I wrote whole time with some sales manager from this company over Email and skype and thay ask me for Logo picture and retail package. Produktion was startet and i get some tracking nummber. After a few day I get some letter from Douane in Germany they wrote than this goods are protected and need to be destroyed. I need to put signature or I need to court. Wow, why. They produced my own package, my goods. No after I asked again they sad me my money was not enough to produce for me thats why they send me "Anything" which had in stock. I didn"t ordered "Anything" and certainly not protected goods. my goods would be destroyed and the money is gone. The Answer was I am sorry and we can not help you. Please be carefull about business relationship withthis suppleyer. This is not serios and fair partner. They cheat and steal.
