I noted this charge to my debit account today. The charge is still pending against my account as it was just posted. I did not sign up for this so-called free rewards Plus and called to have the amount put back in my account. The girl, Pia, told me she could not do this as it is non-refundable! I was never even told about this so-called free account at the time I ordered. This is a scam and their product is useless...to me. I even tried to send the Perfector back and they pressured me in to keeping it by knocking off one payment. Can you help me???? I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to give $24.95 a month to this companhy.
