I was phoned at 6AM and told it was urgent /emergency news from Microsoft re: my computer. I was told that two new programs I purchased in July were fraudulent. Believing it was Microsoft, I purchased their program. They deleted my programs. I checked the company and learned they are scammers. I contacted my bank before they had charged my purchase. I contacted Etech......they said they would reimburse me. No money lost but what about others???
