I have already paid the $796.26 on a $625.00 loan and they say that I still owe them $702.52. I am going to pursue legal action against them as well. They never sent me a contract but only told me that my payments would be $78.14 every pay period until paid-I was told this several time and so when more was taken out the 1st time or 2 I just thought because there were insufficient funds that they just doubled the payment plus fees.
It was only brought to my attention to call them when I saw that they had taken 2 payments on 8/8/2014 but when I asked them about it they said that they only took 1 payment of $156.28. I was told this by 3 of their representative and could not understand why their records did not show two payments on 8/8: $156.28 and on the same day another one for $186.28. Then they did it again on 8/22: $219.28 and same day $78.14 which again they said that they only process 1 payment for $219.28.
