An online check of my personal checking account this evening showed adebit-card charge of $19.95 paid to ID NANNY LLC, a company with which I have never done any business. The transaction was (according to my bank) placed on August 8, 2014 but completed just today. I cancelled that particular debit card on August 11,2014 because of other instances of debit-card fraud; since then I have cancelled the replacement for that debit card and had still another (fourth in a series) issued. Calling the number given for ID Nanny took me to a recording telling me that the business was closed for the day and referring me to something called Easy Help Center. I have left a message on Easy Help Center's website explaining the situation and stating that I am disputing this charge with my bank, filing a police report (tomorrow) and notifying Lifelock (I am an Ultimate member).
