I have been charged every month for several months (~8 months). My bank has listed these as fraudulent, but I don't know if that will hold. I called the company and they said that they only show 2 months of charges. "You must have the wrong company"! The telephone numbers are the same, the address is the same, etc. The internet is filled with complaints about this company, that I hadn't seen until I decided to file my complaint.
