I purchased items from their site and they stated that delivery would be 5-10 days. It's almost a month now and I still don't have the items I bought from them. When I emailed them about my inquiries regarding the delivery status of my purchased order, they responded that I should coordinate with the courier. I always email them regarding my concerns and it takes longer for them to respond.
