International boundaries
Bought a pair of boots from an online website. Received a receipt to pay paypal. Paypal showed a payment to this name and never heard from anyone again. Tried to send several email with no answer. found several internet reports of this being a person who scams. People said when you file a dispute with paypal they evidently send a worthless package and give paypal a tracking number which prevents a refund. Then when you say its not the item you ordered they say return it to them, out of the country, at a great expense. Inthe end people give up and suck up the loss. Scam successful and shame on paypal. Im fighting to the end...we'll see
