I paid this company for domain hosting that I did not need, and thus requested a refund at least eight times. They put me off each time. I provided the same emailed receipts from them for my purchase of the domain, but they keep denying my refund by acting stupid or just not answering my requests for my money back. I ask over and over where my money could have gone, if not to them, then who has it. I have not gotten an answer, of course. I didn't know they had a bad reputation. Even though they still have my money, I cannot access my sites. Isn't that illegal?
