Ordered 14 day trial, they consider the trial to start the day you order it not receive it and then use it. They charge your card 14 days after they send it to you. I have been able to cancel but now when I call customer service to try and get my money back I can not get anyone they hang up on me. Phone number for customer service is 1-888-443-7201. I will keep trying for this is ridiculous.
