I was checking my online bank account and there was this random charge. We have NEVER allowed the insurance company to charge our direct checking account! On the phone with the company as I type and they are making this ridiculously difficult! Plus they tell me this is a charge for my late husband whom died in the BEGINNING of JULY and it is now the MIDDLE of AUGUST! Something needs to be done, they had no right to access my account!
