Free trial link off of Facebook, just pay $4.85 for S&H. No where did I see this "free trial" had to be cancelled within 14 days. On day 15 my bank was charged $89.95 under a MYYUTHFLSKIN 8885086795 (you can reach company Lumisse with this phone number). I called to find out what and who it was-only to be insulted and spoken to very rudely by a customer service representative who was argumentative and combative when I explained my dilema. Also, he claimed to be the "floor supervisor" and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me that whomever was above him did not and would not take my call. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced with a company. I was told I would only receive a courtesy 25% discount credited back to my account, which is completely unacceptable to me. I did acquire a "support" email I was told I could voice my concerns with-but of course it came back as "undeliverable." I hope there are not too may people that have been taken into this charade.
