They have been taking money from my account, I have no direct debit or standing order and never would have willingly agreed to this. This organisation is unethical and corrupt. I have tried to speak to them on the phone but it is like talking to robots, they do not acknowledge a word I say and do not provide any form of complaints as the website does not let you email them. Their parent company then directs you back to the hopeless customer service line, the whole thing stinks and should be shut down immediately.
